In our Crytek’ s concept project, we aimed to eliminate the boundaries between professional work life and everyday living in a rapidly changing world, creating a shared environment for collaboration, growth, and living by providing the physical and social conditions necessary for creativity and productivity.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Our goal was to transform the physical space into a living environment that reflects the company’s young, dynamic, innovative, technological, and colorful identity.
Alongside Crytek’s technology-driven, globally minded workforce, flexibility, modularity, adaptability, transparency, and experience became the key concepts shaping our spatial design approach.
We envisioned a hybrid work environment that is innovative, surprising, enjoyable—appealing not only to the eye but also to the emotions—and attractive to employees of all generations. Our aim was to create a space where people are present not because they have to be, but because they truly want to be.
We designed a living environment that makes employees feel valued and privileged, strengthens their sense of belonging, sparks curiosity in everyone who enters the space, and even invites those outside the company to want to be part of it—almost becoming a media face of the brand itself.
Beyond this, we imagined an inspiring environment where employees can develop themselves, socialize, share, enjoy working, and celebrate special occasions together—turning the workplace into a meaningful and engaging living space.
