Halkbank HQ
For the interior conceptual design of Halkbank’s new headquarters building at the Istanbul Financial Center, we aimed to highlight the institution’s core values of being customer-oriented, trustworthy, responsible, and honest. As one of Türkiye’s most established and valuable brands, and a respected presence in regional and global banking, Halkbank’s identity formed the foundation of our design approach.
PROJECT CONCEPT
In our concept, we propose an intelligent, dynamic, flexible, and transparent planning and design strategy that prioritizes team spirit—encouraging employees to share knowledge and experience, foster social responsibility toward one another and their environment, and enhance both productivity and well-being. Health and hygiene were also key considerations, integrated as essential components of the workplace experience.
By combining Halkbank’s innovative and human-centered character with the company’s corporate identity criteria, we created a new working and living environment that preserves values rooted in its heritage while confidently looking toward the future.
Reflecting Halkbank’s vision, mission, and values, we envisioned a contemporary and sustainable design approach—innovative, flexible, and environmentally conscious—that goes beyond being merely a workplace. Instead, it offers a productivity- and development-oriented living environment, where carefully curated functions come together to create meaningful and diverse experiences for both users and visitors.
