PELSAN Tekstil Office
As Turkey’s first producer of breathable polyethylene film serving the medical, hygiene, and insulation sectors, Pelsan Tekstil, part of the Hassan Group, has a new headquarters designed by the Mimaristudio team.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The aim of the project was to create a living space in the new workspace, which is the heart of the company’s new production facility, that reflects the organization’s innovative, technological, and colorful world. Flexibility, variability, transparency, and experience were the main keywords that formed the starting point for the spatial design.
The project aimed to create a shared workspace, development, and living area that supports communication and interaction among employees by providing the physical and social conditions necessary for creativity and productivity. The vision was to create an inspiring living space where Pelsan employees could develop themselves, socialize, and share ideas.
At the end of the entire project, the building reflects the employer’s innovative, environmentally conscious, and vibrant corporate identity, with an approach focused on employee well-being. It is used not only as a workplace but also as a living space.
