Turkcell T-Club Office
In our Turkcell Co-Working Office concept project, we aimed to remove the boundaries between professional work life and everyday living in a rapidly changing world—creating a shared environment for collaboration, growth, and living by providing the physical and social conditions necessary for creativity and productivity.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Our goal was to transform the existing workplace into a living environment aligned with Turkcell’s corporate identity and the company’s young, dynamic, innovative, technological, and colorful T-Life world.
We envisioned a hybrid working environment that is innovative, surprising, and enjoyable—appealing not only to the eye but also to the emotions, and attracting employees across all generations.
We designed a living space where employees feel valued and privileged, where a strong sense of belonging is nurtured, and where curiosity is sparked in everyone—whether they use the space daily or not. A place that even those outside Turkcell would want to be part of.
Beyond this, we imagined an inspiring environment where employees can develop themselves, socialize, share ideas, enjoy working, and celebrate special moments together—turning work into a more meaningful and engaging experience.
