The project is the new work and operations headquarters for Philip Morris which has its design, drafting and project management processes are carried out by Mimaristudio.
The new office headquarters is located on Kağıthane Cendere Road, which is a developing business and commerce axis of the city, has 12.000 m² of area on 3 stories, 4000 of which are offices, in Istanbul. 3.500 m² of the office spaces are on single floor and the remaining areas are on the floors which the operations are carried out.
With the completion of the project a space that is coherent with both Philip Morris’S corporate identity and the work that takes place there has come to being. Besides that, a comfortable working space for the staff that operates well and meets the actual and future expectations of the client is created.
